  1. About Lyxery By Sweden AB
    • The company is headquartered in Kungsbacka. The company's mailing address is Energigatan 4.
    • If you would like to contact us, please send an email to support@lyxery.com with a description of your issue and your contact information, and we will get back to you shortly.
  2. Order
    • Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will include all the details regarding the products, price, billing address, and shipping address.
    • If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by email at support@lyxery.com.
  3. Delivery
    • Our standard delivery times are 1–3 days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.
    • If there is a delay in delivery (and we have not notified you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the following email address: support@lyxery.com.
    • 3.1 Failure to collect or return from a postal agent or delivery point:
      • It is your responsibility as a customer to provide accurate shipping information. When shipping to a postal agent, you will be notified that your package is ready for pickup.
      • If you miss, forget, or are unable to pick up your package, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we charge a fee of 149 SEK.
    • 3.2 Incorrect delivery information
      • It is your responsibility as a customer to provide accurate shipping information.
      • If you miss, forget, or enter the wrong address and we are not notified before the package is shipped, we will charge a change-of-address fee of SEK 149.
  4. Prices
    • All prices in the store are in SEK and include 25% VAT.
    • We reserve the right to adjust prices due to price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices resulting from incorrect information.
  5. Right of withdrawal
    • When purchasing goods on the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that takes effect from the time you receive the product you ordered.
    • 5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
      • You must notify us of your withdrawal. The notification should be sent to ussupport@lyxery.com. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and the items being returned.
      • You must return the products to us immediately, and no later than 14 days after submitting your notice of withdrawal.
      • You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return; therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
      • We reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount a sum corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the goods in the case of used or damaged products.
  6. 5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
    • Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where you have broken the seal.
    • Products that are sealed sound or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.
    • A custom-made product that has been specially tailored for you or features a unique personal touch based on your preferences.
    • Services that have been completed and for which you have expressly agreed to the commencement of the service without the right to cancel.
    • Goods that spoil quickly, such as food.
    • Bundles of newspapers or magazines.

  7. Complaints and grievances
    • We inspect all products before shipping them to you. If the product is still damaged or the wrong item was shipped when it arrives, we will correct the issue at no charge in accordance with current consumer protection laws.
    • You must always contact us for authorization before returning a defective item.
    • The complaint should be submitted immediately after the defect is discovered.
    • 6.1 How do you file a complaint?
      • Any errors or defects should always be reported to tosupport@lyxery.com, including your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.
      • If we are unable to repair the defect or provide a replacement product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We will cover the cost of return shipping for approved claims
      • We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective as defined by applicable consumer protection laws. In the event of a complaint, we follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN); see arn.se.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    • We accept no liability for any indirect damages that may result from the product.
    • We assume no liability for delays or defects resulting from circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or reduced or no deliveries from suppliers.
    • Furthermore, we assume no responsibility for any changes to products or product specifications made by the respective supplier or for other factors beyond our control.
    • 7.1 Allergies
      • The EU has issued a nickel directive known as EN 1811. This is intended to prevent allergies and hypersensitivity associated with contact with nickel. The limit for how much nickel may leach per cm² per week over a 2-year period is up to 0.5 µg/cm²/week. A margin of error of up to 0.88 µg/cm²/week is acceptable.         Our jewelry should be below the limit or contain no nickel at all. That’s what we call allergy-safe.

      • Although our jewelry is hypoallergenic, hypersensitivity may still occur. If you are extremely sensitive or have contact allergies, please exercise caution. If you experience a rash, redness, or any other reaction to a piece of jewelry, please remove it and contact us for further guidance. In the event of severe or acute symptoms, you should always consult a doctor.
  9. Product Information
    • We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors on this website and to make the final decision regarding the sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately reflect the appearance of the products, as slight color variations may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always do our best to present the products as accurately as possible.
  10. Information About Cookies
    • According to the Electronic Information Act, visitors to a website must be informed about the use of cookies for privacy purposes. The information stored in a cookie can be used to track a user’s browsing activity. A cookie is a small text file that the website you are visiting requests to be stored on your computer to enable access to various features.     • By shopping at Lyxery By Sweden AB, you agree to our privacy policy and our processing of your personal data. We respect your privacy and do not collect more information than is necessary to process your order. We never sell or share your data with third parties without a legal basis.
    • Lyxery By Sweden AB is responsible for processing the personal data you have provided to us as a customer. We process your personal data in order to fulfill your order and, in cases where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers, to tailor our marketing to your individual needs.
    • The following is a summary of how we store and process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
    • 10.1 What is personal data?
      • Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly linked to an individual.
    • 10.2 What data do we store?
      • In order to process your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.
      • Your data is stored for as long as we have a legal basis to process it, for example, to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation under, for example, the Bookkeeping Act.
    • 10.3 Legal basis
      • When you make a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfill the contract with you.
      • Marketing, promotional, and similar mailings are sent only after we have received your consent.
    • 10.4 What data is shared and for what purpose?
      • 10.4.1 Payment Provider
        • When you make a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. The information stored includes your first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your Social Security number is also stored. This information is stored to complete the purchase and to protect all parties from fraud.
        • The payment providers (payment services) we use are: QuickPay and Swish.
      • 10.4.2 Shipping companies
        • In order to deliver your orders and fulfill our contract, we need to share certain information with the shipping company. The information shared with the shipping company includes your first name, last name, and delivery address. Your email address and/or cell phone number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification purposes.
        • The shipping companies we work with are: Postnord.
      • 10.4.3 Newsletter
        • If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
        • We use Omnisend Email Marketing to send newsletters.
    • 10.5 Right of access
      • You have the right to request copies of any information we hold about you. Copies are provided electronically in a readable format.
    • 10.6 Right to rectification
      • You have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate information or to complete information that is incomplete.
    • 10.7 Right to be forgotten
      • You can request that your personal data be deleted at any time. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as when the data must be retained to comply with a legal obligation (for example, under the Bookkeeping Act).
    • 10.8 Data Protection Officer
      • Lyxery by Sweden AB is responsible for compliance with the law and the processing of personal data in the online store, and ensures that all regulations are followed.
    • 10.9 How we protect your personal data
      • We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to securely store, process, and transmit sensitive information such as personal data and passwords.
      • We use a Swedish platform, Quickbutik, which is operated by Quickbutik AB, based in Helsingborg.
  12. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions
    • We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms at any time. Any amendments to the Terms will be published online on the Website. The amended Terms and Conditions will be deemed to have been accepted when you place an order or visit the Website.
  13. Disputes and Choice of Law
    • If a dispute cannot be resolved through mutual agreement between the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer may contact the General Complaints Board; see arn.se. For residents of an EU country other than Sweden, complaints may be submitted online via the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform; see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
    • In the event of a dispute, we will abide by the decision of ARN or an equivalent dispute resolution body.
    • Any disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be governed by Swedish law.
