Prices
All prices in the store are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list, or inaccuracies in prices resulting from incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust prices.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which takes effect from the moment you receive the item you ordered.
When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you wish to cancel your order. Please send your notification to support@lyxery.com. Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and the specific items you are returning.
You must return the products to us immediately, and no later than 14 days after submitting your notice of withdrawal.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return; therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the item if the product has been used or damaged.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
Products that have been sealed (or tamper-evident) for health or hygiene reasons and where you have broken the seal (or tamper-evident feature).
Products that are sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.
A custom-made product that has been specially tailored for you or has a distinct personal touch based on your preferences.
Services that have been completed and for which you have expressly agreed that the service may begin without the right to cancel.
Goods that can spoil quickly, such as food.
Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

Claims and Complaints
We inspect all products before shipping them to you. If, however, the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, rectify the issue at no cost to you.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint must be submitted immediately after the defect is discovered.
How do you file a complaint?
Any errors or defects must always be reported to support@lyxery.com, where you should include your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.
If we are unable to repair the defect or provide a replacement product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We will cover the return shipping costs for approved claims.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. When handling complaints, we follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN); see arn.se.
