Exchange:

When exchanging a product, please return the item to us for inspection. Once we have inspected the product and given our approval, we will ship your new piece of jewelry! 

• We cover all shipping costs to the customer. 
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

* The product mustbe shipped securely packaged in a box.

Return:

If you'd like to return one or more pieces of jewelry, that's absolutely fine!

As a customer, you have 14 days to cancel your order. After that, we offer an exchange for another product.
