Do you want to exchange for a different size or return your item?
– No problem, just do this!

Follow these steps.

Exchange for a different size: Read here!

1. Make sure the product is in its original condition and packaging. Don't forget to include your receipt! If you bought several items, you only need to send the product you want to exchange for a different size.
2. Send us an email, or write a clear note and put it in the parcel. Which size would you like us to send back to you?
3. Pack your parcel and make sure it is well protected. You are responsible for the product arriving in its original condition.
4. Send it to us by any method you like. You'll find the address below. You, as the customer, pay the shipping costs.
5. We'll send you a new product as soon as we have confirmed that the product is in its original condition! We cover the shipping from us to you.

Return an item: Read here!

1. Make sure the product is in its original condition and packaging. Don't forget to include your receipt! Write on a note, or tell us by email, why you want to return/exchange your item.
2. Pack your parcel and make sure it is well protected. You are responsible for the product arriving in its original condition.
3. Send it to us by any method you like. You'll find the address below. You, as the customer, pay the return shipping costs.
4. If we find that the product has the defect you described, we'll send you a new product at no extra cost. If that exact product is not available, we'll contact you and arrange an equivalent product.
