- 18 Carat real gold coating
The EU has issued a nickel directive called EN 1811. This is to prevent allergies and hypersensitivity associated with contact with nickel. The limit for the amount of nickel that can leak per cm2 per week over a 2-year period is up to 0.5 µg/cm2/week. Where a margin of error up to 0.88 µg/cm2/week is acceptable. Our jewelry is tested and nickel emissions are below the limit or non-existent. It is what we call allergy proof.

Where does the name come from?
The name Tungsten comes from the Swedish mineralogist Axel Fredrik Cronstedt, and refers to the high density of the material. We have chosen to continue using the name "Tungsten" as we think it suits us better. The Swedish name is actually "Volframkarbid".
